DESIGN & PRODUCTION
At Surreal Lights, we excel in designing and customizing light fixtures to achieve exceptional aesthetics and functionality.
Our process includes the preparation of detailed shop drawings for each item, along with comprehensive installation manuals.
We provide these documents in both 2D and 3D formats for thorough client review and approval.
Once the design is approved, we produce and submit samples for final client approval before proceeding with full-scale production. This meticulous approach ensures that the final products meet the client's exact specifications and requirements, guaranteeing zero defects and complete satisfaction.
PACKING
At Surreal Lights, we recognize the importance of carefully packing sensitive items made of thin glass or acrylic. We use the highest quality foam padding inside sturdy cardboard or wooden boxes, depending on the size and material of each item, to ensure maximum protection during transit.
We guarantee that our packaging meets international standards, and we commit to replacing any damaged items at no additional cost to our customers.
Each package is securely shipped with clear labeling of the contents. Inside each package, you will find an installation manual and cotton gloves to ensure a safe and clean installation process.
